Western Power Depot Swansea

A new multi-million depot and vehicle maintenance facility for Western Power Distribution in Swansea.

 The site was previously used by Pure Wafer International, the remodeled depot will provide offices, warehousing, a design center, meeting spaces, IT and communications rooms as well garages and distribution facilities, external service yards and car parking.

Contract Works

·        Reduced level dig & import of stone fill

·        Installation of various types of attenuation systems, along with drainage.

·        Diversion of existing services and install of new.

·        Construction of a large concrete service yard and  Car park construction.
