TRANSPORT

Transport LorriesWe offer a comprehensive range of vehicles and drivers for all construction and civil engineering work. Our knowledge and expertise has established us as a major force in the earth moving industry. We undertake a diverse range of operations including earthmoving and landscaping works, and are responsible for hauling 2 million tonnes of materials annually.

We have access to the largest fleet of modern six and eight wheeled tippers in the South West and South Wales together with state of the art heavy earth moving plant and equipment. We also operate a wide range of waste management facilities across the area. We serve customers within a 100-mile radius from Bristol city centre. There is no limit to the size of project we will undertake

PLANT & LORRY HIRE

To support this impressive fleet of vehicles and plant, Churngold has its own fully equipped workshops manned by skilled fitters and engineers who regularly service and maintain the whole fleet. If repairs are required on site our mobile field service crews are linked by radio and are on the spot in the shortest possible time.

RE-USE AND RESTORATION

Churngold Recycling offer a complete service for your project that can be from initial design, to submitting planning applications and finally to construction. This service is provided by an in-house team of designers, engineers and contract managers. The team will work with you through all phases of the project to ensure that your expectations are met. RECYCLED AGGREGATES AND MATERIALS

Churngold Recycling produce premium quality recycled and quarried aggregate and topsoil using our mobile crushers and screeners. Materials recycled include demolition waste, hard core, sand, coal and topsoil. The following products can be provided/produced:

WASTE DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING

Churngold recycling provide a complete range of roll-on, roll-off bulk waste containers and skips to meet your waste disposal needs. A broad range of customers are serviced from private individuals to major construction groups and businesses.

Hazardous, confidential and difficult waste including asbestos can be dealt with by our fully trained staff. Appropriate specialist containers are provided and all waste is taken to the appropriate specialised landfill or waste recovery centre. If you are not sure what disposal container you require then call one of our experienced staff who will advise you of the most appropriate container to meet your specific needs.

LANDFILL/ENVIRONMENTAL SOIL SOLUTIONS

Churngold Recycling operate eight sites for the disposal of waste soils. One Licensed Landfill site is supplemented by sites authorised under specific Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007. These exemptions permit the use of a range of waste materials for disposal for reclamation and construction projects.

All materials imported are subjected to analysis and supporting risk assessment to ensure they meet the exemption requirements along with site specific Waste Acceptance Criteria.
