Churngold is a leading specialist remediation contractor who has seen recent rapid growth in turnover.  This is set to continue and hence Churngold are looking for new like minded dynamic professionals to help in the further anticipated expansion.  We are looking to fill the following vacancies:-

• Project Design Engineers / Project Managers
• Project Managers
• Project Site Managers
• CAD Technician

As part of this expansion Churngold are looking to open new offices in the Manchester and Leeds area hence there are opportunities in the North as well as the Head Office in Bristol.  We would also welcome any Project Site Managers based in the London Area.

Project Design Engineers – Reporting to the Technical Manager you will be responsible for reviewing tenders, developing conceptual models and remediation strategies and should have the capability to design the remedial treatment solution.  Typical remediation techniques you may be asked to design are ex-situ and in-situ bioremediation, dual phase vacuum extraction, chemical oxidation, soil washing, pump and treat to name but a few.  Indications of innovation and utilisation of new techniques would be seen as a plus.  The role may also necessitate Project Management of the live project.  It is anticipated you will have a minimum of three years experience.

Project Managers – Experienced remediation professionals required who can help design remediation solutions, but have the ability to deliver the solutions on-site working closely with the designers and operational staff with excellent client and regulatory liaison skills and a good health and safety record.

Project Site Managers – Experienced remediation Operatives/Managers with general civils and earthworks experience and who will have a proven record of delivering client satisfaction with an excellent health and safety record.  The ability to think on your feet and identify innovative ideas that can deliver the client time and cost savings.

CAD Technician/Surveyor – We are looking for a bright young individual who can use AutoCad and preferably LSS or similar 3D modelling package.  You will be asked to produce drawings, calculate volumes and provide general assistance to all staff members.
