Churngold Traineeship Scheme

At Churngold we run our own bespoke traineeship programme which covers Groundworks, Civil Engineering and Quantity Surveying.

These three trainee Groundworkers are making excellent progress through the company’s well-established trainee scheme. The structured programme is helping them build strong practical skills and industry knowledge under the guidance of experienced mentors. Their success highlights the scheme’s proven track record in developing the next generation of skilled construction professionals.

With the 6 new trainees joining us in September, across our regions, it is encouraging to see young people wanting to enter the construction industry.
