Churngold have been appointed directly by the Client as Principal Contractor to complete the Public Realm phase for the new Halo & Millwrights Place developments, which will enhance the surroundings for the new tenants in the area, including new pedestrian crossings, new footpaths, new cycle lanes, improvements to drainage, enhanced street lighting and signage, plus new tree planting and soft landscape areas. The works are planned to take place over a 46 week period.
