Howardian Centre is the latest scheme in the Housing Partnership between Cardiff City Council and Wates Residential.  The scheme is a new build development of 43 residential dwelling in the East of Cardiff. 

It is on the site of the old Howardian Comprehensive school, which has been demolished to make way for this development.  Worth £3.2 million for Churngold on a 77 week programme period. 

Our works are: install new drainage strategy; existing services diversions; form new entrance and construct new road in to the site, all substructure works to the dwellings, retaining walls and all external works.
