The largest business to business awards in the building control sector, the LABC Regional Building Excellence Awards recognise quality in all types of building project

 Ty-To-Maen picked up the ‘Best Social Housing Development’ in Wales for 2019, and this reflects on not only Wates but every subcontractor who worked on the project.

 It also picked up a highly commended, and I think it speaks volumes of the site team Churngold employed, with a special note on the quality of the external finishes on this project, which are of an extremely high standard.
