Wates awarded Steve Russell their Monthly Zero Harm award for February 2019

This month we decided to something a bit different, and reward operatives for good practice on site. we were looking for an operative who is pro-active about safety on site, who acts on safety without being prompted, and has a good attitude towards PPE

After a brief discussion during the safety committee meeting it was clear we had one outstanding operative. Steve’s consistency in setting himself up safely before starting his work, continually adapting to his surrounding as he progresses, and always wearing his full PPE made him the obvious choice for us, and an excellent representative of both Churngold & Wates… Keep it up Steve!!!
