Churngold Construction are contracted by Curo for the ongoing delivery of a new housing development at Century Park in Lawrence Weston, Bristol.
This residential scheme encompasses 128 homes, including 30% affordable housing for social rent and Shared Ownership. Churngold served as Principal Contractor for the initial 18 weeks of enabling works before transitioning to Curo. Churngolds initiative-taking and solution-oriented approach focuses on minimizing costs and achieving project milestones, ensuring a successful and timely delivery. The construction process began with the stripping of topsoil. The Construction of adoptable roads, installation of mainline drainage systems, followed by services. Ground floors were built using traditional block and beam on precast piled foundations. By working in a collaborative manner with Curo Management, Curo Technical department, Craddy’s and GCP Architects the project has proven to be successful.
