The client had a large surplus stockpile of sub-soils onsite which needed cleared to make way for further housing plots.
Churngold deployed a technician to obtain over 30 soil samples scheduling the samples testing metals, hydrocarbons, asbestos plus a number of waste acceptance criteria testing in accordance with WM3.
Our in-house drone survey and land survey team determined an accurate volumetric assessment. Churngold provided a fully managed service including supervision, road sweeping, banksmen, loading, hauling and disposal. A final survey of the site was then provided along with a completion report containing all the chain of custody documentation.
