The site consisted of a small parcel of land with planning for 92 apartments just within the entrance to the wider Exmouth junction site in Exeter.
Churngold were contracted to deliver site clearance, remediation and enabling works for the ground improvement works (stone columns) and then the foundations, floors slabs, drainage, services and associated external works.
