Comprised of undertaking 278 works to Silverthorne Lane as well as the existing footpaths.

Works included widening Silverthorne Passage with associated retaining walls, installing new lighting design to suit new footpath layout. Back-to-back kerb line to create a shared cycle/walkway. Surfacing and lining the new road construction Installed new signage, uncontrolled points.

Churngold successfully managed  

  • Working alongside National Grid ensuring CCL works kept on programme to meet NG target date on site.

  • Ensuring little to minimal disruption to the surrounding business’ maintaining consistent contact throughout the job.

  • Working alongside HG and Montel sites to maintain access for both CCL, HG & Montel and prohibit any disruption.

  • Working alongside the floating harbour, FRAP license provided for client as requested.

  • Temporary works to listed wall.

  • Works completed on time.
