Construction of a new road to facilitate a new housing development of 104 houses, 65 unit apartment block and 147 until apartment block.
In addition to the new road a building platform was levelled and constructed for a future apartment block. The site was contaminated with hydrocarbons and asbestos. Our specialist remediation teams worked in conjunction with our construction team to safely carry out remediate the ground during the construction process.
