Churngold Construction has commenced the enabling package for the New Cardiff City Council County Hall. Working for Goldbeck Construction, the enabling package entails the diversion of all telematics, earthworks and forming stone plateaus, reconfiguration of roads and car parks to allow access to existing buildings.
The new County Hall forms part of the wider development scheme and will also house public meeting spaces along with a studio and production space for the Wales Millennium Centre.
