Site wide remediation of this former network rail siding close to a busy main line junction. Works involved delineation of hydrocarbon and asbestos hotspots with in-situ treatment and offsite disposal. Materials Management Planning under CL:AIRE and delivery of the site works in accordance with the agreed strategy together with the management and record keeping necessary to meet the regulatory requirements.

Deployment of circular strategies (WRAP Protocol, MMP etc) to maximize re-use and value of site won materials.

Bulk earthworks utilising suitable site won materials to construct the development platform. Gas monitoring and vapor spike surveys to develop the ground gas risk assessment. 

Delivery of all groundworks, drainage, infrastructure and external works to 104 housing plots and 64-unit apartment block.
