The Innovation Matrix is a new state-of-the-art building and eco-system focused on digital innovation. It has been built to the dock side in the SA1 area of Swansea’s Innovation Quarter.

It’s built for The University of Wales Trinity Saint David.  It will attract local and new businesses to come and accelerate product development.

  • Obstruction removal for piling.

  • Locate and log existing dock wall.

  • Form pile mat, piling attendance.

  • Storm and Foul drainage systems.

  • Pile caps, lift pits and ground beams.

  • Edge shutters and concrete floor slab

  • Formation of rain gardens & large tree pits.

  • New ducting and services

  • Paving

  • Hard Landscaping

  • Topsoil placement

  • Car parking
