Design and Build contract to construct an adoptable spine road with drainage and mains services that runs through the re modelled former Mulgrove Farm which will feed further housing plots.
The spine road contract is being carried out following on from a completed section of the £5.1M Earthwork contract also undertaken by Churngold Construction for Wainhomes and South Gloucestershire Council.
