Churngold and Lancer Scott recently decided to collaborate on a single stage competitive tender for a new facility for Kings Heavy Haulage in Avonmouth.
Both companies were already believers in collaborative working and agreed that by adopting the CE outlines Top 10 Principles of Procurement that would give themselves the very best chance of winning the project.
Not only did they win the project using these principles, but they carried them on throughout the project with their own supply chains.
