Churngold have been awarded the contract by Bouygues UK to carry out the following works at the Castle Park View site over 40 weeks, the value of the contract is circa £3M:

• Removal of the existing concrete hard standings and construct pile mats
• Excavate and cast pile caps and cores
• Construct various slabs
• Drainage & service
• Bridge beam installation
• Kingpost panes installations

The project comprises the construction of affordable housing together with all associated services, drainage and external works, for 375 new residential premises, comprising a mix of studio, 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bed dwellings.

When completed it will become the tallest residential building in Bristol.
