Sean Lowes Site Manager for GallifordTry, announced the following at the presentaiton of Safety Awards to two of Churngold's  site team.

'The two site operatives have been recognised for the attitude towards health and safety and the way they conduct themselves when carrying out their work. In recognition of this they have each won our monthly safety award which was a £50 voucher;

January - Hamzah Hussain for consistently wearing full PPE and the correct PPE for when carrying out specific tasks. He always has the right attitude towards health and safety and is on top of ensuring he has permits to work and the correct equipment before starting a task.

February – Steve Llewellyn for the right attitude towards health and safety especially as a plant operator. He’s on top of all his plant checks and is always conscious of his surroundings. He was also helpful at the start of the project with regards to the temporary cabin set up.'
